Coaching and Mentoring
Keys for Growth is available for coaching and mentoring for teachers and programs. We bring over 25 years of classroom experience to the programs, teachers, and caregivers we support.
Sheila George has been working with children and teachers for over 25 years in a wide variety of classrooms and settings. She has experience coaching and mentoring teachers to support curriculum implementation, classroom organization, behavior management, observation, and assessment.
Sheila has experience with both training and coaching Maryland's Early Learning Assessment (ELA) and Preschool Curriculum, Children Discover Their World (CDW).
She has also been a certified CLASS® observer for PreK and Toddler classrooms, and has worked as a consulting coach and mentor for various Head Start Programs.
